At Ivory Mylk, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our comprehensive return policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding returns.
1. Eligibility:
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • Please note that we do not accept returns for signs that are unsuitable due to the selections made (finish, size, typos) by the customer. So please make your selections carefully. Customised or personalised items are exempt from being returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. 
2. Timeframe:
  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3. Initiating a Return:
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at projects@ivorymylk.com.au with your order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for the return, and clear photographs of any damaged or defective items.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, providing detailed photographs and a description of the issue.
5. Refunds:
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
6. Exchanges:
  • We only replace custom items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at project@ivorymylk.com.au for further instructions.
7. Shipping:
  • To return your product, you should mail your product to Unit 1/3 Page Street, Kunda Park, QLD 4556
  • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
8. Changes to This Policy:
  • Ivory Mylk reserves the right to update or modify this return policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
