How It Works:

1) Imagine:
Envision the design, shape, and style you desire for your metal sign. Whether it's a house number, business logo, or a piece of art that reflects your personality, the possibilities are endless.

2) Email Your Ideas:
Share your vision with us! Send through an email with as much information as you can to help us provide you a quote. If you have any inspo photos or designs, please attach them to your email. You can email us at projects@ivorymylk.com.au.

3) Personal Consultation:
Our expert team will reach out to you within 48 business hours. We'll discuss your vision, offer insights, and refine the details to ensure we capture every nuance of your design. A quote will be provided followed by invoice, a deposit will be required to secure your spot in our manufacturing line.

4) Manufacturing Begins:
Once we've perfected the design, our skilled team will bring it to life using precision laser cutting. Rest assured, your unique metal artwork will be crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail.

5) Your Masterpiece Delivered:
Your custom Ivory Mylk laser-cut metal design will be delivered to your doorstep, ready to make a lasting impression. Display it with pride, knowing it's a one-of-a-kind creation that reflects your individuality.

Corten steel (COR-TEN) is a weathering steel known for its distinctive rusted appearance over time.

When exposed to the elements, corten steel undergoes a natural oxidation process, forming a protective layer of rust on its surface known as the "seal".

Corten steel seals and weathers best when repeatedly exposed to moisture and allowed to dry.

It's important to note that our corten steel signs are not pre-aged; so your sign will be delivered as new, looking different from the traditional raw appearance which will develop over time.

Depending on the climate and placement of your sign, there may be slight rust runoff, especially if the sign is in direct contact with a surface. If this is a concern, applying penetrol, available from hardware stores, can seal out moisture and prevent rust stains.

Alternatively, you can speed up the aging process by regularly spraying the sign with a saltwater or bleach solution, allowing it to dry each time.

If a sign has a manufacturing defect we are happy to remake the sign for you.

The customer must pay return postage. The sign must be returned within 2 weeks.

Please note that we do not accept returns for signs that are unsuitable due to the selections made (finish, size, typos) by the customer. So please make your selections carefully.
